Jody joined Heaven at Home Pet Hospice as Hospice Coordinator in 2021, with over two decades of experience in the veterinary field. She graduated in 2006 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) from Baker College in Muskegon. Currently, she lives in Grand Rapids, where she was born and raised. She shares a home with her wife of almost 8 years, one dog, five cats, and two tortoises, as well as countless furry kids that have passed on, but are with her always. Throughout her career, Jody has supported pets and their owners with end of life needs and quickly realized this work as her passion – it holds a very special place in her heart. When not at work, Jody enjoys a good Netflix binge, but usually can be found spending time with her furry kids, family, and friends.
