Sonya joined Heaven at Home in August of 2023. She grew up in West Michigan and lived briefly on the east side of the state before returning to be closer to family. After working in Early Childhood Education for almost 17 years, she took a leap towards a new career in end of life veterinary care and is loving every minute of it. She enjoys connecting with pet families and finds it very rewarding to be able to help them during such a difficult time. When not working, Sonya enjoys crocheting and outdoor gardening. She has been collecting houseplants for over 20 years.
