‘Blake’ Anthony Kachur, our German Shorthair Pointer, best friend, 4 legged family member.
He was born in December 2011 and is now eternally resting, Dec. 2023: 12 years old
Three Wise Men communicated the following to me about our four legged companions:
* Dog, a man’s best friend will give Us their everything of everyday every chance they can.
* God decided for dogs to not speak in order to Teach us that Love & Loyalty is demonstrated by Actions and not through spoken words.
* In the end, a dog will break 💔 our hearts by leaving this earth before us / way too soon.
(Bio of Blake’s early days: Blake was the name given to him by the family who owned his Mom, Jackie. I had surprised Holly with reserving the 4th or 5th pick out of a litter of 8 pups. Holly and I went to see the pups early on a handful of times, and Holly was always asking… which pup is this? Now who is this pup? Okay, tell me again who this little guy is? …and each time, that little guy was Blake.💕 Sooo, Blake is who we picked, or he kept making his way to her. Blake had a twin brother, Arrow, because they had the same shoulder pad markings just different shoulders and both had an arrow fletching mark coming down their forehead to their nose. We decided to keep his name Blake and at around 6 weeks, Holly and I brought Blake home for only a couple of hours to surprise the kids…of course, there were Tears of Joy when we finally told the kids.🥹
And so the journey began with Blake being 8 weeks old as a vital part of the Kachur family.)
